So you have heard of all the traditional methods of cosmetic surgery, yet are still not convinced. The field of cosmetic enhancement though, is always striving to achieve better results, in an effort to coax those who are undecided about undergoing a procedure. One of the latest trends in cosmetic surgery is Lifesculpt. This is laser surgery, that promises to melt away fat in under an hour. It claims that your skin can be toned and tightened, whilst avoiding the unsightly blotches often associated with surgery of this kind. Their website compares it results against the effort one must undertake in the gym, dieting programs, as well as versus liposuction.

The proposed effects of Lifesculpt threaten to render liposuction obsolete. Where liposuction takes hours with potentially several weeks of recovery time, Lifesculpt takes only an hour with minimal recovery time in comparison, with many patients able to attend work the next day. Liposuction can leave bruising that takes weeks to heal, whereas Lifesculpt’s negative effects last for only days. You can also use Lifesculpt to help remove areas of fat that are difficult to target with gym work, tighten and tone skin, and to smooth out uneven areas often associated with liposuction.

This procedure should only be used if you are with 10kg of your ideal weight. The company that is responsible for this laser surgery, does not advocate its usage on people who are obese or badly out of shape. It is not a cure for all fat loss ills, and it certainly is not a ‘get out clause’ for someone with a poor diet. If you are in good shape and looking to target specific areas of fat though, then Lifesculpt is for you.

Its laser produces fat ‘melting’ wavelengths which liquefies fat. Then, the surgeon makes a few small incisions in the target area, and a tiny suction device draws the fat from your body forever. The minor incisions ensure that there is little in the way of scarring. The procedure is far from taxing on your body, in fact, only a general anasthetic is required. There is no tearing sensation during the procedure, the only pain felt is small pinching during the anesthesia process.

Such precise removal of fat does not come cheap though. The average Lifesculpt procedure is said to cost $4500. That said, for those who can afford it, this procedure is worth every penny. Now you can look amazing, and not have to suffer weeks of discomfort, thanks to Lifesculpt!
