Eating Thin

I’m sympathetic though because I barely have time to go to the gym myself. I just have a few tricks up my sleeve which helps me keep my figure. Maybe I’ll share them with him next week.
He might fall off his chair in surprise when I tell him that the reason I stay thin is because I eat. Yeah, I don’t starve myself or skip meals to get thin. I actually eat. The trick is in the knowing what to eat. That’s the secret. See, there are a select number of foods that can actually help you lose weight. This is not exactly a closely guarded secret it’s practically advertised all around you. You just have to really look and be interested.
The funny thing I found out is that I actually have to eat more, like five to six times a day. Turns out this will keep my metabolism run throughout that day and actually burn more calories. Here are five simple weight loss tips:
1) You also really have to start the day with breakfast. See, if you skip breakfast a few hours later you’ll feel so hungry that you really want to eat everything in sight.
2) Another trick is to drink a lot of water all the time instead of juice or soda. The juice and soda have all the calories that you really don’t want.
3) Stick to foods with high fiber. These are pretty filling but won’t give you the calories.
4) Try to eat a fresh vegetable salad at least once a day. You might be surprised at how good it actually tastes. I promise too that you’ll feel so much better afterwards because you are now on your way to being healthy.
5) Do try to stay away from fast food restaurants.
In the first few days that you try to be healthy, the fast food is like water to a man dying of thirst. Venture out to these brightly lit places when you’re already a few weeks into your new eating plan and be prepared to be surprised when you turn your heel and walk out the door.
